Terms of Service
These terms apply to the use of freelivio.com and to joining the Freelivio waitlist during the pre-launch phase.
1. Purpose
Freelivio aims to provide a platform to help freelancers run their activity. At this stage, the website primarily allows visitors to join a waitlist to be notified about launch and early access.
2. Waitlist access
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not create any purchase obligation.
- We may invite selected users to beta/early access at our discretion.
- We may refuse or remove sign-ups in case of abuse (spam, bots, fraud).
3. Not a marketplace
Freelivio is not a marketplace, not a job board, and does not sell projects. Content shown on the website is informational and may evolve.
4. Service changes
Freelivio is under development. Features, interface, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or parts of it) without notice.
5. Intellectual property
The website, the Freelivio brand, logo, texts, and related content are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
6. User-provided content
At this stage, the main user-provided data is an email address for the waitlist. If additional content (CVs, documents, etc.) is collected later, specific terms may apply.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The website is provided “as is” with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
- We do not guarantee error-free operation.
- Freelivio does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (loss of data, revenue, opportunity, etc.).
8. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by the law applicable to the service provider. In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution first.
10. Contact
Questions: [email protected] (or [email protected] for personal data matters).
