2. Data we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Email address (required)
- Sign-up timestamp (date/time)
- Locale/language and source page (to understand where sign-ups come from)
- User-Agent (browser technical information)
- Hashed IP fingerprint (optional, anti-abuse). We do not store the raw IP address.
3. Why we use this data
- To notify you about the Freelivio launch and early access/beta phases
- To manage the waitlist (deduplication, basic analytics)
- To prevent abuse (spam/bots) in a limited and proportionate way
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. Legal basis
- Consent: you voluntarily subscribe to the waitlist
- Legitimate interest (if applicable): abuse prevention (anti-spam)
5. Storage and processors
Waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (managed SQLite) and processed through Cloudflare serverless functions (Cloudflare Pages / Workers). Cloudflare acts as a technical data processor for hosting and execution.
6. Retention
We keep waitlist data:
- until launch and during the early access period,
- or until you request deletion,
- and for a reasonable maximum period (for example 24 months), unless required otherwise by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may have rights such as access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. To exercise your rights: [email protected] (please mention the email used to sign up).
8. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data (access controls, data minimization, HTTPS in transit). No security method is perfect; residual risk remains.
9. Cookies
This pre-launch page does not use advertising cookies. If technical cookies are added later (e.g., anti-bot), this policy will be updated.
